Tina's Biography

I grew up in Clifton, New Jersey and graduated from Clifton High School in 1986.   I lived in Nutley for about 10 years before moving to Riverdale, New Jersey where I currently reside with my husband and 4 kids and love it..  

I am experienced in all phases of the real estate transaction:

-  I am an awesome Realtor/Sales Associate. 

-  I am experienced and knowleagable about the mortgage processing and prequalification process.

-  I was an administrative/legal assistance for a Senior Partner of a top notch law firm for 15 years.  Working in the legal field gave me exposure and knowledge in the legal end of the closing process of the real estate transaction.

PAST EXPERIENCE:

1992-2004 - Wolf, Block, LLP - Law Firm - Position - Legal Assistant to a Senior Partner in the Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Corporate Tax Planning Department.   I was also exposed to the legal end of the real estate closing process and became familiar with all of the mortgage documents involved.    I worked with and learned the litigation area and have knowledge of preparing and filing pleadings with the Courts.


1986-1990 -  Valley National Bank -  Position - Loan Processor/Administrative Assistant.  Responsibilities included the interviewing and prequalification of mortgage applicants, origination and processing of 1st and 2nd residential mortgage loan applications, preparation of commitment letters and various other mortgage documents.  Assisted with closings and review of post-closing documents, as well as follow-up activities on mortgage documentation.  Handled delinquent mortgages.
